Had a day with Andy yesterday (birthday present courtesy of Mrs Hussar) - what a hoot - still grinning from ear to ear, although the drive home seemed extraordinarily pedestrian after it !

Hugely recommended, I now know what I (and more importantly my 4S) is capable of.

Obviously recommended then? Could you give some more colour on what the day entailed? Final question do you need new tyres? :driving

Hmm, yes - went on an airfield day (North Weald I think?) with him a few years back with my turbo MX-5. Lots of fun - learnt a hell of a lot and getting ever better times on the little figure of eight circuit he setup was a lot of fun... An amazing driver too - the passenger ride in your own car was...enlightening...;-)

Yes, it was the way all the individual parts of his tuition came together for the final circuits. And without intending it to it becomes so competitive trying to shave fractions of a second off the lap time he has set in your own car too !!

No you don't need new tyres, his website suggests that you will lose 1mm (although judging by the clouds of smoke off mine..............!!!)

Sounds awesome.
Without being rude, do you have a cost and some contact details? Would love a go at this.....!

Yes take the 4 person £180 one, he will find the additional people needed to make up the numbers. I was on a 2 person £360 day, but at the end he actually recommended the 4 person one as more fun, especially during the "co-piloting" phase as passengers in each others cars with less standing time waiting for cars' brakes, tyres and clutches to cool down ! My mind was on total overload yesterday but I think it kind of works as 1 being instructed, 1 practicing, 1 lined up ready and 1 cooling down/having a fag, and in the co-pilot phase its 2 cars out on track with 2 cooling down ready to swap over drivers/co-drivers !
