CSL's currently fetching £30K+ for cars with 25-35,000 miles
There have been a couple for sub £30K but these have adverse history.
All were made in 2003 and some owners of 2003 cars will tell you that they are the same value as one registered in 2005. The dealers and Autotrader etc. seem to think different.
Above is based on cars with correct FSH.
Some cars with sub 15,000 miles are still around the £35K mark.
There are shed loads of std M3s in the classifieds on here and the Auto Trader website. They do tend to be significantly cheaper.

M3 CSLs in top condition, with low miles, have probably gone just about as low, price wise as they are going to. IE £35K mark.
So many of these cars get tracked, that the odd bash and repair, write-off, etc is inevitable.
Repaired cars are never worth as much post-mend, so the value of the very few genuine low milers left, which also have never been crashed, will hold up well as these examples continue to get scarcer and scarcer.
