Anyone got 2 spare 17" tyres????

Guys/Gals,

Thought I'd ask on here in case someone has some lying in the garage - I've got dozens but not this size....

I've put 17" (7 width) wheels on the 944 and the handling on the front is diabolical - it wanders and tramlines all over the place.

Feedback from the 944 crowd is its the tyres - Pirrelli PZero Assims - others have had exactly the same problem even with alignment done etc etc - the car just hates them.

So has anyone got 2 front 17" tyres they would like to move on so I could try them and see if it is the tyres???

Don't want to be forking out a fortune as the Pirellis are almost new and if its not them then....

Not for sale, but you're welcome to swap wheels with mine and try them. I've for two different sets, one with Dunlop SSR's and the other with Toyo Proxy T-1's. That way you'd be able to confirm if it was your tyres or not, without spending any money.

Don't know where in the west midlands you are, but I'm in Saffron Walden if that's any good.

I have 2 Bridgestones S - 02 in my garage, 205 50 17 is the size. There is loads of tread left on them, they have done about 1000 miles.
Im in london, but my dad travels up to the midlands about twice a week so i can get them up there if you are intrested.
