Urgent Help !!!!!

I'm not going into details now, it's too late and I'm pi$$ed off. But, can anyone tell me the thread size of the bolts that hold down the rocker covers?

I have to re-tap one as I've had trouble with a stud. Need to sort this asap for the Sunday trip to the factory.

I have nothing to measure here but would guess at 1/4-20 UNC These have an outside diameter of 0.25" & pitch of 0.050".
It may be a finer thread 1/4-28 UNF pitch is 0.036"
I have these taps if you can't find them.

So how do you get anything to stick to Teflon then?

Special prima and sikaflex makes woks the most sticky thing know to man. However, if it rains it can all go tits up. Good luck to those brave enough to drive to Hinkley for the open day.
