Help! Cheap n Cheerful Repair in Edinburgh

General appeal for PHers help - my brother in law (lives in Edinburgh) has pranged his old Ford and needs a cheap n cheerful repair (some front wing bodywork - put the front bumper back on - fix the front light cluster). He is a poor impoverished supply teacher! - so every penny counts - and he is not at all mechanical (i.e. easily fleeced)...any ideas on who/where he could take it to in the Edinburgh area?

When I lived in Edinburgh as a student I used the "Hermitage Garage" on Restalrig Road, a flatmate who had worked there recommended them.

Always got good prices for work, although it was a few years ago and I'm not sure what they're like now.
