SECURITY PROJECT MANAGER
Location: Central London
Rate: £35,000 pro-rata
Duration: 6 month contract, commencing early April 2007.
We require a Security Project Manager to manage the delivery of service at our client’s premises in Central London. Your remit will be to oversee the delivery of the security function throughout the duration of the high-profile event.
Our client is a national cultural institution with a large 14 storey building.
As Security project Manager your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- management and leadership of a team of 24 (to include 2 Team Leaders and 2 Controllers)
- customer management and liaison.
- Arrangements for extra security requirements as and when required.
- Trouble-shooting and problem solving
- Ensure adherence to Assignment Instructions, Health and Safety, customer site and company policies and procedures.
Person Specification:
- Previous site or contract management experience of a similar size corporate or public sector assignment.
- Experience of leading, motivating and managing teams
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- SIA licence holder.
