The return of the fastest TR ever! Out on the 11th April Classics Monthly will be featuring the TR8 Turbo over the next few months. From its roots at Le Mans in 1980 all the way through to its current rebuild to former glory! Part 2 is featured in the following month.

I like that Le Mans car, know of the owners/s and some of it's history. Be good to see it turn it's wheels again after all these years. Hopefully it's got 'dry' intercoolers this time around and some better pistons in it.

Thanks for that, I've been looking for that stuff in bulk for ages I like the Gp44 car as well especially the bodywork. There's a similar car stateside with a chevy motor in it which also looks really good. As an aside, I happen to know that any lsx with turbo's and a t56 will also fit in that shell Oh, you need the 8.8" axle as well to finish it off.

Bert Smeets owns the the Turbo TR8 now an has pretty well finished it. Top Bloke. Used to race him alot when he did the TR Regisiter back in the late 90's when it was Good (my car sadly was not at Bert level at the point).
