Comedy electrical fault

Last night a friend and I moved my 67 Mustang (and Caterham) from my rented garage to the garage at my new house. Neil hadn't driven the Mustang before so I did a quick run through of the controls. As it was about 7:30pm I included the lights and showed him the main beam foot-switch on the floor. When he pressed it, the main beams didn't come on... but the wipers did!

Fortunately we didn't need either but I now have foot operated wipers on the car

I remember my mum's old Fiat 126 had a foot operated screen washer pump!

Old cars, gotta love 'em.
