Urgent query - 164 Cloverleaf (V6 24v) cambelt interval?

Apologies for the 'urgent' jobbie but I'm going to look at one of the above this evening, and need to know what the cambelt change interval is? I thought I'd refer it to the PH collective.

I'm seeing 70k miles and 30k miles online, not sure which to believe. Last one was c.30k ago apparently.

I think they're officially 72k or maybe 60k.

If its the same unit as in the GTV/GTA then there is also a 5 year limit but they should realistically be good for 48k. Not sure I'd risk it further than that though.

It makes a lovely noise! And lots of kit, all working too (even the sport button works) although I have no idea how to turn the heated seat off...
