100+ wheel nuts

Hi,
Recently purchased a nice set of 100+ Minilite style wheels, decided upon them because they came with the nuts. Except the guy selling them cannot now find them.
Anyone know of a supplier or have a set for sale?
The appear to have a taper seat below a flat machined surface which could possibly take a flat washer. They don't appear to have steel inserts which makes me think a washer is needed. The mini 12" nuts don't fit.

Jonspeed tell me I need Rover nuts with the rotating washers but don't think my Rover nuts have the same taper...
