Just pulled the drivetrain from a 2.0 twinspark 156 to use as a donor engine in my neighbour`s Spyder.

Obviously I need to seperate the engine and box, but there is a driveshaft running across the back supported by a bracket which also holds the alternator, pas etc.

Is there a quick and easy way to remove this shaft?

Thanks

ps. Are all alfa mechanics 3`0" with tiny hands?

remove the 3 10mm bolts that hold the bearing plate on the back of the sump.
the driveshaft bearing i'm talking about. Then you can pull out the shaft easy .
