Help Needed...Seat Belts

The passenger seat belt clip is knacked, the spring will not allow the spade end to lock in.

has anyone replaced the clip, is it an easy change and will the Convertible model be the same as an ordinary 1988 XJS?

also the belt doesnt retract too well, is changing the roll an easy swap?

I have the same problem on my driver's side seatbelt currently on the x-type. Should be changing all the seats (and seatbelt bits) for leather ones in the next fortnight or so, then selling off all the old spares. So, if they haven't changed the design of them in 13 years (sounds an identical problem, so you've got to wonder!), then I'll have one.
