Any good builders in Cambs area?

I've got a 4 story town house in Cambridge town centre which I'm currently waiting for planning permission to come back on to convert it into 3 flats.

I have a builder who is good but he is planning a 6 month trip away in 6 weeks which won't help me!

Very hard to find a good builder in the yellow pages etc.

Can you help?

He/they need to build a single story extension to the rear ground floor and be well versed at the whole noise regulations and sound proofing with flats etc.


Any advice greatly appreciated.
