This question is directed to CanAm and GTR drivers.
I counted 54 "clicks" on the adjuster for the Intrax shockers. What would you recommend for an initial road test setting. At this point, I'm not sure what is full hard, and what position is full soft. I'm assuming that looking down at the adjuster, and rotating it fully clockwise, that should be full hard. Right now I have them set right in the middle.
Will appreciate any advice.
Thanks
Jack

Can't remeber which way to go but you will feel it if it is harder or softer. I have found running the fronts softer by 5-10 clicks works best. For poor roads we have here i run approx 10 front and 15 rear in the winter and 15 front 25 rear in the summer. Hope this helps

Imagine that the adjuster is a screw. As you screw it in (that's clockwise), it gets stiffer.

A good starting point is to set it half way between hard and soft, then go for a little pootle, and see how it feels. Remember to only make one adjustment at a time, and remember what it was. If you make an adjustment and it gets worse, try going the same amount the other way.

Top tip. Don't do what an ex team mate of mine did. He was adjusting the suspension for one of our drivers, and (because he's a bit dumb) managed to set the dampers soft on the left hand side, and hard on the right. It made the cars handling rather "interesting". It was rather soggy on right handres, but went round left handers pretty well Not ideal, as it was at Mallory Park, which is pretty much all right handers

Thanks for the input.
I now have a good starting point. The Formula Continental has triple adjustable Penske's. These should be a snap to dial in.
