I know this is later in the year but if any Jaguar owners want to put this on their calendar.

The Surrey region of the Jaguar Enthusiasts Club will this year be holding their popular Surrey Jaguar Day at Painshill Cobham on the 29th July.

Please bring you Jaguars to this event to make it a record turnout.
You don't have to be a member to attend, but if you wish to join you can on our web site www.jaguar-enthusiasts.org.uk
Any other information required ring me on 01483 799166

I have today checked and the ground if fine so the Surrey Jaguar Day is still on.

So I am hopeing all you Jaguar Owners in Surrey and surrounds will be attending.

All the Surrey JEC ask is that you don't use all the 400BHP available on the grass.

Ho Ho...the last time I checked I was short of 400BHP by a mere 100 BHP in my 4.2L non supercharged S-Type !!

Now I'm thinking this lake is gonna look a tad larger than it does in the photo.

So which Pistonhead member are going to this? - should be a nice family friendly day out so I'll be there and it would be good to put some names/cars to faces.

I suppose I'd better give my XJR a wash on Saturday if it's not raining smile

Not sure, I haven't broached the subject with the boss yet.
If we come we'll probably bring both Jags (look just don't call me John OK grumpy). That way if the boss or kids get fed up they can push off, also it saves the kids from fighting over the space in the back of the 150.

Anyone know how to stop the damn kids from growing? wink

It was good to so you 'Coupe Girl' and any other PHs I do not know by sight.

The weather turned out good, doing a quick count there were at least 250 Jaguars there.
Hope to be back next year, will keep you all informed, can we make it 500 Jaguars

Thanks Norman

I had a lovely day and it was good to see you and a few others I haven't seen for a while too.

The car was a bit mucky by the time I got there, but I managed to find a sponge and a bucket and dipped it in the lake to give the car a quick wash! Don't think Laurie would have minded!

Hopefully see you at the Barley Mow on Sunday, I sent you an email.
