Looks like there'll be no more just turning up and parking your pride and joy on the grass before going for a look around as it's by pre-booked tickets only this year.
Don't know where they think all the people that don't get to hear about this are going to park as it's a nightmare at the best of times, oh well, there's always that geat big empty field I suppose

Its been pre booking for the past couple of years now. Their expecting 800-1000 cars there on the fields this year, so members of the public who are not displaying have to park in the car parking fields provided and walk the short distance down the road. I know there are quite a few Harpenden residents that aren't in favour of this event, everyone else loves it!
I go every year as were only 10mins up the road, its a great night out for all car lovers, if the weathers good which it normally is then it makes for a really good atmosphere. Get there early and you'll be able to park locally in the town center.
