EVO Mag Needs Your GTA's
Discussion
I have had this email sent to me & Sal (AROC 147 register)
Hi, I work for evo magazine and we are compiling a buying guide for the
156 and 147 GTA. We need both cars together for a studio photo-shoot in
the
next couple of weeks. I hope some of your members will be able to help,
they
will get prints of their cars and of course the club will get a good
plug in
the feature.
Kind Regards,
Roger Green
Hi Sally/Stuart
Thanks for your prompt response. I'm not sure if you've seen one of our buying guides before (issue 97 was the last one with a buying guide - Lamborghini Gallardo) but on the technical side we break it down into the different aspects of the car and then write a paragraph or too on each detailing everything a new buyer would want to know - ie likely problems, things to look for and avoid, how long various components last, the good points, etc. the categories are: engines, suspension, transmission, interior, bodywork, brakes, sterring, electrical, exhaust.
Incidentally we will also do a section on the owners - why they bought them, what they do with them, the best bits about the cars etc.
Can you find a 156 GTA owner who lives near to Norwich
Many thanks for the reply. We would like to do the photoshoot as soon as
possible really, ideally next week (shall we go for Tuesday
provisionally?). The studio we usually use is in Norwich, so I hope
that's ok for your owners. Also can you put me in touch with a technical
expert asap so I begin to write the piece.
Kind regards,
Roger
Can you help guys?
If you can email me at stuartalfa@aol.com & i will pass you on to Sal & Roger form Evo Mag.
Cheers
Stu

Do you still need a 156?
At this stage now guys. Hi again Roger
If other GTA owners (other than the two you have chosen) wanted to come
along to the photo shoot in Norwich to watch etc are they allowed to do
so? If so, where is it being held please?
Thank you!
Sally
I'll speak to the photographer about that Sally, but I think it may be difficult because space in the studio is limited. They may be able to pop over for a short time, but having a group there all day may be a bit tricky.
Roger
I think "keen" is an understatement Roger! Cheers for this-Sally : )
