On the topic of quick Subarus, I finally got around to uploading some clips from a hillclimb last year to youtube:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ExX8JHkDiJs - 700 bhp 3.0 H6 Impreza

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nX20z66iy9s - 750 bhp (still 2 Litre!) ex-WRC Impreza driven by Kenneth Eriksson

And these ones aren't Subarus, but are quick too. I guess you could say they're Suzukis, sortof.

Nice one John, that's an awesome looking Scooby, and i love the one leg in the air routine, it must have been glued to the tarmac thumbup

Ben, Those 'sort of Suzuki's' look like one of those Tamiya remote control cars. I've never seen anything quite like that before. Are you sure there was someone driving them? hehe

Thanks biggrin

It was a bit of a manic couple of weeks for them to get the car ready, the new engine was run in around the estate at midnight the night before, did about 10 miles then it was straight onto the track with no time for mapping.yikes

There is a bit of a writeup of the event i did on the Zen website. http://www.zenperformance.co.uk/p/news#silverstone
