Saw a few of the displays as they passed overhead, we were all at Brands for Total Kit Car Live, kicking back in the sunshine, having a blast.

I was there today.Got in for free as i put on a display of vehicles.Like previous years not a very good show.Lots of breaks between displays.Best part was the Tornado four ship ground attack. The E3 sentry,C130,and Chinook all in the air at the same time. But apart from that a very dull show.Cant awit for Fairford.Proper hardware on display.

Quick question..

I've never been to Biggin before, just wondering for photography purposes when you are watching the display is the sun behind you ??

Thats my main bugbear at Duxford, if its a nice sunny day pic's are limited a bit as the sun is in front of you for most of the day!

After all that ended up going to the Shuttleworth Collection instead...lol...hehe

Made the mistake of looking on their website this morning and actually fancied the look of it more than Biggin.

Am off to Fairford tho later in the year so that will more than make up for it!!

How strange, I've been waiting for you to post. I took a look here at lunch time looking for someing to do; saw this thread and chucked the kids in the Cerb and drove over.

First car I saw in the car park was a 350i, Parked next to it - thought it must be you - you never even went.

A good 3 1/2 hours and the Red Arrows never fail to impress.

Best,
D.

Unfortunately the person i was due to go with to Biggin, txt me at 6.30am and said they couldnt go...

As i'd already seen some of the displays elsewhere this year i decided to have a look and see what else was going on...

I didnt think there would be any other PH'ers going judging by the responses here...
