With just over a week to go , and only 2 of our 5 vehicles ready to go , we decided this weekend that some progress was really needed.
These are results of our Scrapheap Challenge efforts - look out for us on the roundabout!!

You assume correctly!! Roof mounted water pump , twin internal 45 gallon drums ,and yet to be fitted roof mounted machine gun - (well an old fire hose reel actually!!)

Underpowered - do you mean the pump or the spaceship? Spaceship has 2069 version of the old Rover V8 , with aftermarket Kryptonite injectors!!

Holy Crap - is that actually a Judge Dredd car? I remember them being made by Land rover...

Whats inside the back bit? seats?

Yep - a genuine Rover Citycab - no rear seats - its a bit cramped with the ammunition storage tanks , but we should get a crew of five in the back!!
Believe it or not , I found this at a local garage 6 months ago , and bought it on the spot - with this in mind!!
Roll on Tuesday!!!!

Are you still running the V8s that originally came in the 101's? They'll sound bootiful if you are.

Not only running the V8 , but also attacked the exhaust system with a Stihl saw to "improve" ears the note laugh
