Hilarious old Roller in Wapping

Anyone else seen that epic 80s Roller parked around Wapping High St - always dirty, kerbed wheels? Saw it the other day parked with the passender window open - on the dash a hand-written note saying "I shouldn't have thought so". Hilarious, bearing in mind how many cars get broken into down there. Nice deterrent.

Yes its seen better days hasn't it! Usually parks outside Gun Wharf. Have you heard it run? Engine not at its best I would say.......

ETA - I too am surprised at the amount of cars broken into on the high street. Walked past one that had the drivers window smashed on the way home yesterday. Wasn't there in the morning, so must have been done in broad daylight. It was parked more or less opposite the police station as well !!

Nope - never seen/heard the old girl running. If the outside's anything to go by you'd need earplugs. The message seeme to be - if you want to avoid break-ins either get a rottweiler, pretend you're an old school villain, or don't park in a dodgy place like opposite the cop shop.

Also noticed an elderly gentleman in my block who likes the company of young ladies in knee high boots. SWMBO quite upset. Seems to have quite good taste imho.
