Hi Guys,
I have been servicing the M today ready for it's MOT and noticed a lot of play in the front O/S bottom steering swivel joint.
I think that is the correct term for it, the bit with the grease nipple on it.
Is this joint changed on its own or is it a part of the arm assembly that the hub is fixed to? If it is a seperate piece how does it come apart?
Your help appreciated.

I think the bit you are refering to is the trunnion.
You can buy them, you need to buy the complete trunnion kit, with bolt, castle nut, split pin and seals, and I would also say do both sides.
Contact Adrian or Steve.

John

PS, you should use diff oil, EP 80 or 90 in them not grease..

PPS. If you go on Rimmer Bros web site, go to TR6 front suspension, there is an exploded view drawing which shows how it goes together

Do you use left on Right and Visa versa Jon? I know you do on the Vixen Bodied cars, but not sure if M's are the same.
