Silverstone GP tickets this wkend - Problem!

My boss bought her tickets for this weekend ages ago and still hasnt received them.
She leaves Scotland on Thurs AM, Ticketmaster are being totally unhelpful and saying the tickets havent been printed yet, Silverstone are saying they cant help because the tickets weren't bought directly from them, although the phone message says tickets purchased before 26/6 have been despatched.

Is anyone else having probs? Can anyone suggest what she can do next?

I got mine on Monday and that was through an agent - not direct
