by spec he means what do you want in it? seeing as you want a 97 - 2000 you'll be wanting a 1275 MPi, the only real options are do you want leather, sports pack, do you want a cooper?

I think that for export you need to have a car that is over 25 years old so you're looking for a car from 1982 or earlier. There is probably a few garages that will fit newer running gear to an old shell but I can't think of any off of the top of my head
