Hi people, Im looking at getting another TVR in the next 3-4 months having parrted with my lovely 4.2 cerb over a year ago now! I will be selling my golf anniversary and the kit car to make way for the tiv, and it will therefore be my everyday car! So what im asking is everyones personal experiences of owning either of the above as an everyday car? After owning the cerb im putting that down as my least favourite choice for the car (not because i didnt like it, quite the opposite! but the other half didnt like it and felt quite trapped inside it-made her feel quite sick infact?!? so she'd rather i went for one where i can remove the roof) Ive only ever driven the cerb, ive been in a tuscan, (and sagaris)but not the t350 or tamora yet. Obviously ill be test driving all the above prior to making up my mind, but any 1st hand experiences on which one to go for and for what reason would be great.

My budget will be around the £20k mark. Thanks!
Liam

my black T350 is for sale. If you want something for day to day use then you'll be wanting a warranty. Mine has full TVR approved Gold warranty with Wear and Tear until April 2008. Done just under 20k miles. Had the big 12000 mile service with tappets completed a couple of weeks ago. Also had an engine rebuild in 2006.

Depends if you want a roof.. biggrin
I think the T350 is a great allrounder.. The Cerb a superfast GT and the Tamora an underrated Convertible.

Horses for courses..

If you like the looks (which is subjective) i've heard the Tamora is the surprise package of the bunch.

The Tuscan is a very good all-rounder. Feels as open as my Chim did with the roof off, but warm and dry in the wet with the roof on. Good sized boot, even with roof panel stowed, means it's also practical (for a TVR).
