While I was getting tyres for my Toyota, I asked for TVR tyre prices - these seem cheap if anyone needs any - Bridgestone SO2 (as original equipment?)
205/55/15 £90(not in stock but can get them at this price)
225/50/16 £115(in stock)fitted and inc vat
at Dave Sheldon tyres in Manchester - 0161 228 2753

I'm waiting until the new size Toyos are out that fit standard Griff 500 wheels before I get any new tyres. They're much cheaper than bridgestones and supposedly as good.

In case you're wondering if it's just a rumour going around about the new size Toyos, they're definitely being made because I phoned Toyo up and got the info from them.

Should be available soon apparently,

Cheers - Chris

Not quite S-02's I know, but I just bought a full set of S-03's for my Griff this weekend. 225/45ZR16 on the front and 245/45ZR16 on the rear. £540 fitted and balanced from Mr Tyre in Tamworth - 01827 50768

Now I know there is a lot of discussion about S-03's being crap, but certainly on my car, there's a marked improvement. I've done about 400 miles since they went on and I would say they are heaps better, lot's more feedback - in case you're interested.

Dunno how much the Toyos are going to cost as I haven't phoned for a price for them yet but I have been quoted £430 for a complete set of S-03's, fitted and balanced by a dodgy garage in Sussex. Didn't fancy taking it there so Kwik Fit said they'd match the price adding that it was "bloody cheap".

Will get them sorted sometime but can't be arsed right now!!!

If you can get a full set of S-03's for that money, I'd snatch their hand off! In fact, but a spare set aswell.

I paid £418 for four S03's from Blackcircles then £20 to a guy down the road to fit them.
