We are one of Scotland’s top Motorsport Clubs. Based in Ayrshire, most of our members are spread across central Scotland with a few from up North and a few from down South. Members' interests cover Sprints, Hillclimbs, Tarmac Autotests, Grass Autotests, Tarmac Stage Rallies, Forest Stage Rallies and Circuit Racing. We organise Sprints, Grass Autotests and Rallies.

We own and operate the Kames Motorsport Complex in Muirkirk which has an 800m Sprint track and large tarmac paddock areas which we can use for Autotests. The tarmac track was resurfaced in 2000 after a three year project, allowing anti-clockwise running as well as clockwise, giving 2 tracks with very different characters.

In recent years EACC have twice won prestige awards in the MSA Motorsport Club of the Year competition.

As EACC has become more active we’ve attracted more members and all members have become more involved in the club, not just turning up to compete at events, but putting in serious hard work getting Kames up to it’s present high standard.
At Kames events we need marshals at the trackside, paddock and startline. We also need first aiders onhand in case of any accidents. The Kames Rally and the Galloway Hills need a lot of marshalling and you’re right in the heart of it. If you are interested in marshalling on any event contact Chief Marshall Mick Rowe Miick2368@aol.com 07818 882437 - if you’ve no experience you’ll get help. Standing next to any car going off the line at full pelt is an experience getting 10 spectators to muck in with you and lift an Escort out of a gully or standing at the flying finish as the cars fly past 3 feet away from you are all the sort of things you remember (you soon forget if it was cold or wet!).
