They say it's a myth that bad luck comes in three's but I beg to differ now.

On wednesday I left for a day shopping in Glasgow (there was my first mistake lol) Local garage had ran out of V-power so I opted for Tesco's own. Stang gets to Glasgow and we just hit the M80 when we run out of fuel... Gauge stuck on 1/4 tank with that bloody air lock!!! After an hour waiting for the AA we are on out merry way.

Today after spending a night in a travel lodge we head into Perth for yet more retail therapy. I get into a carpark and after scraping my poor exhausts up their ramp find a space and park up........... Get out of the car to find someone had dinged there bloody door against mine leaving a pretty bash!!!!mad

Things could not get any worse................................. could they........................

Travelling on the A9 home................... disaster struck. Side wall collapses on the tyre on the stang giving me a nice blowout............

Save to say I feel bloody lucky this never happened when I was overtaking!!

So now begs the question........... what tyres should I put on now as I am going to replace both rear ones for now.

Planning on never leaving the house again!!

Toyo proxes R888's and then you can come to KH tomorrow, and if it's raining, you'll be faster than me by a mile! At least if it's a threefold luck thing then you're clear for a month or two, could have been a lot worse though, still pretty scary.

I was planning KH this evening but due to the smallness of Inverness there are no tyres in stock anywhere in my size. I have opted for Pirelli's again but won't get them until this afternoon as they are coming via van. Will try to get to KH sometime soon again. I will be the one wrapped in cotton wool laugh

Thank's Brian. I managed to get a set of Pirelli's this morning. I am back on the road. You have however reminded me I need to see when my next service is due laugh
