Have you considered typing with your hands/fingers and not your feet? You will find the small keyboard on your laptop much easier to use and it will rest your ankle - or did I miss-read that? wink

Ask away. You may also want to look at the TSSC forums (www.tssc.org.uk - anyone can read, only club members can post) and Club Triumph forums (club.triumph.org.uk - free to read+post).

On my car i have twin strombergs, now im purely a S.U. man after my spitfire so on a steep learning curve. Ive pulled out the plugs and the engine is definatly running a bit rich. So i consulted my trusty haynes manual and decided to set up the jet height from scratch. But!!!! my strombergs seem to be differant, in the manual they are shown as some "non-adjustable" emissions type like they fitted to the US cars.

My question is how do i adjust the mixture!!!!! Or is it that the carbs may ned a re-build to get them self adjusting ?!

Those strombergs are a pain. Best get yourself sorted with the original Triumph Vitesse and GT6 workshop manual. All you will need can be found therein.

Ahh right, but from the manual it said you cant adjust the mixture full stop?!

Also im fitting a set of minator's with yokohama ao21r's What is the standard offset of the wheel. I know they are 4.5j x 13 and im putting on 5.5j x13. All i need is what offset to use

THanks
