Have got s3 chassis in the garage that i removed last winter, has some rot in it but could be repaired, if you are interested.

i have a S2 vixen
i need to rebuild the front,
the 2 main up tube are folded in motor fit and all the unit devit towards the left.
i need per exemple:
lenght beetween the big tube where the motor fit.
i don't know if the right/left tubes are // or if they deviate
suspension arm bracket, angle of suspension arm, ...

i think i will must make a plan himself and ask the forum the missing dimension

to make a good job, i will cut some tubes and i would like replace it exactly at the good place

Thank you

i think i write very bad english.....

I also have an old S2 chassis,

The front end is probably good enough to use.

The back half around the diff needs repairing.

This would probably save you re-building your front end.

Where are you living?
i think my chassis can be rebuild but fit another front is an other solution

Julien,

I live in West London.

No, I replaced the chassis last year, and decided to restore the car completely instead of just replacing the chassis.

I can organise some photos of the old chassis if your interested. It was repaired, shott blasted and powder coated when I restored the car 10 years ago. The sill chassis tubes were replaced as part of the repair.

hello Darren,

If it's possible for you, you can send me some photos of your old chassis (julienlegr(a)gmail.com)

I will ask the man who must do the rebuild if this solution can be better

Thank you very much
