Come on, own up. Has anyone spotted any workmen on the section between Jct 10 and Jct 12? I have been up and down that stretch a lot lately and not seen a sole.

On the west bound 12-13 the pointless 50 with lots of cones and no sign of work going on! At least the SPECS haven't been put in yet!!!
