Dave,

Sorry you had a bad experience with them, but please don't use PH to get it off your chest. Yours seems like a fairly clear cut case of bad service, but nevertheless breaches our 'no naming and shaming' policy. It's there to protect other businesses so I can't encourage use of PH for posts such as this.
