Shiney Shiney XKR (pics)
Discussion
Well had my XKR detailed by Jason of Connoisseur Car valet (www.connoisseurcarvalet.co.uk), and very pleased. Zymol Royale used, and all the many swirl marks have gone. (TEL should be able to vouch, as he saw it on Sunday).
Here you go then lads. A few ton well spent. If only dust didn’t exist, it could stay like that!
No more swirls!!
No swirls again.

WOW! That looks stunning! How long he take and what do you have to do to keep it looking that good????

It took from 7:30am till 4pm. I havent had it long enough to know what it takes to keep it looking good. But it feels as if it'll be easy to clean, and I've been given a detailer spray (by Zymol or Meguires) and you use it to dry the car and bring back shine.G

That looks superb!
Can you give me an idea of price as am looking to get the same thing done on my XKR?
That looks as though he did a terrific job! I wonder if he can work his magic on a four year old car in the same way?

Man, that Zymol Royale looks good
G, a good site to learn how to keep it looking that good is www.detailingworld.co.uk, Once it's been done to that standard a good wash technique will keep it free from swirls and a good quality wax will keep it shiny. Washing is the key though, a wash mitt and microfibre drying towels should be used to avoid putting swirls back into the paintwork, have a read on detailing world, it has all the answers
John.
