saw a recipe were chicken, tomatoes and spuds were cooked together and then covered with a dressing/oil before it was placed in the oven...

I want to make it but for the life of me can't remember the dressing that was created, can anyone help?

Didn't see that bit I'm afraid, was the potato edition that was on this week? I made the potato and smoked salmon from that episode and it was lovely! In fact that is what is my fridge here at work ready for my lunch today!

As I remember is was Olive Oil, good vinegar, salt and some 'erbs (can't remember exactly which).

www.Channel4.com/OD should see you right in downloading and catching up. Failing that, I can check tonight as I have it recorded.

Seriously: it's probably gonna be olive oil, balsamic vinegar, rosemary, basil, oregano and owt else going in the herb section, oh and some cloves of garlic possibly?

Just watched it myself before I pop to Tesco to get the ingredients...excuse the shorthand.

Chicken thigh, chop into double finger sized pieces, olive oil in pan, season

New pots on to cook.

Cherry toms, prick each one, put in boiling water with new pots 45secs drain

Skin toms, crush tatoes

Flavour shaker (or pestle and mortar) - oregano, salt, oil, vinegar, pepper to make dressing

Put chicken, pots, toms in oven proof dish, add whole oregano, add oregano oil, cook in oven for 35/40 mins at 180.

Serve with rocket salad,(Lemon and oil and seasoning on rocket)

I cooked this the other night and it was lovely. It doesnt have to be cherry tomatoes. He used a mixture and so did I.

You can download and watch the whole prog on 4oD.
