HELP ! chinese seasoning

well as the title suggests was just about to make some fried rice and realised i don't have any of that chinese seasoning stuff for pork-the red powdery glaze stuff-any ideas on how to come up with a kinda home made version sharpish? cheers

erm, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, fresh ginger, turmeric, cumin, cayenne, paprika, chinese five spice, chilli powder, various curry type things. I'm thinking maybe garlic, ginger, soy, five spice, sesame oil n then see what happens with some others?

Sounds like you got all you need.

Are you going to marinade or just make a rub?

Paprika (watch Qty read-heat) will give it a bit of red colour as will tomato sauce and tomato puree.

marinade for just half hour then get it in the pan, thought it'd be alright, thanks for the help man!
