Some Advice

Hi all, looking for a bit of advice. Looking to buy a mini so as not to rack up the miles on mine and have been trawling the ad's on PH. Have seem two in the past few days which seem very very cheap to me. This one: http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/253200.htm

do you think these are genuine? There's not a great deal of info on the seller for both of them and i'm a bit wary of scams. Obviously i'd get the HPI check done if I was going to purchase, but was curious what you think.

i know a girl who sold a 52 plate (45k odd miles) normal cooper with chilli back to a *dealer* for over £8k the other day...
