Bonnet heat shielding

The heat shielding on the underside of the bonnet on my Chim has come away and lies on the engine... which gets rather hotter than usual with the reduced airflow.

Whats the best way to stick it back? Bonnet off so you can glue it properly? Heat resistant glue?

just use industrial strenght "evostik" available from homebase/B and Q ect did with bonnet in place TONY
