Is there a way to copy all incomimg e-mails to another person while I'm away from work; but still having the original on my computer showing any replies made on my behalf.

So basically someone else looking after my inbox.

hope that made sense

You could allow someone to have rights to your mailbox, they can then do whatever you allow them to do (read/send/calendar etc).

Outlook help should show you how.

Give them access to your inbox? Are we talking Exchange based email? You'd need to speak to someone with Admin Rights for the Exchange Server - they should be able to do all of this remotely. You need to give the person in question access to your inbox, the ability to see and compose and then also add your inbox to their Outlook.

I just need someone to look at my e-mails and respond on my behalf, I do need to see the actions/reply when I return.

I'll chat with the IT bods tomorrow but ist often like talking to a brick wall at our place, thats why PH was the prefered oprion

You could try the easy option, give them your laptop and password?

Just create a rule to forward all email sent to you (with chosen exceptions) straight to them and ask them to bcc you on everything.
