I really really want to like this, but i'm not sure... I love the superduke, love the idea of the x-bow - so this should be the dogs danglies, and i bet it will be awesome to ride... but i have reservations.

It will be launched at the milan bike show, so I'm hoping that they'll have one at the NEC show. Maybe in the flesh it will grow on me... maybe its too slight, i wasn't keen on the daytona 675 because its a bit skinny (and i wanted to really like that too).

edit:

Actually with other objects to get a sense of scale maybe its ok...

I think its already just about sold out til 2009. I recently got an email from local ktm dealer, i've bought there before, and it was pretty clear that if you want one be quick!

Looks a bit like the MZ 1000S, not sure if that's good or not!

I could be wrong, but think they're going to bore it out to 1200cc, so they can race it under the new wsb regs... will probably be around 150-160 crank bhp

I love this bike, and if it is at the NEC and it fits me, and I am not too late for the sales - then I am going to put a deposit down at the show.

how are you going to do that? the stand will be a ktm stand not a dealer stand .

sure they will know where to go though, or who to contact.

It is at the show and looks a whole lot better in the flesh, riding position looks pretty relaxed aswell, def worth a test ride.
