Car still in hospital. The wait is killing me. However got an estimate for repairs (about £3,000) - and am told it MIGHT be ready for Pistonfest. The factory have finished making the aluminium door frame and the replacement centre console. I have installed a PIR light over the driveway and connected it to an alarm 3ft from my bed (might sleep with clothes on and baseball bat to hand), it only cost £30 from B+Q and so far is highly recommended. Just waiting on the trimmer to cover the console, Richard to fit the alarm and immobiliser sort out the electrics and the ignition barrel, Toad to install the stereo and then she's ready. I wish the TW*T that did this knew how much shit he's caused. I am still hoping to find him, no news from the police on that front but one day....
