The Pie & Piston forum was created because there was too much crap posted in General Gassing.
Now there's too much crap in P&P.

What's the issue?

There was a forum (P&P)created for the very purpose of allowing all the crap, and if I remember correctly it was welcomed at the time.

Since then we've had a sports forum, a boat forum, a food forum, shit how many forums do we need?

If they're aren't enough already, create a 'crap' forum, delete anything older than 6 months and be done with it.

I read with interest the other thread running about 'raising the bar in the Pie & Piston forum'. Seems that only a few years back I was reading the same about General Gassing.

We need space to talk crap, because basically that's all that most people are capable of.

What's the problem?

I would enjoy reading someone's rant, as it was often written in a state of high emotion and that was conveyed through the person's writing.

However, ranting (if you can call it that) has become fashionable on here, and seemingly, the "in" thing. It's not, it's boring, tedious, attention-seeking drivel - to mention nothing of the pointless ratings of said rants.

I can understand certain things being excluded & moderated, but OXO? I dont find that funny to be honest, but some do, being told you cant say something just because other people dont find it funny? how cr*p is that!

some posters on here think they are really funny picking on people in their little groups, I think its bullying, they think its hillarious, so what? I just dont bother reading it
