From the south, head up the A34 towards Oxford for approx 20 minutes.
There are a number of small exits (i.e. no large green 1 mile warning signs) and one of them is signed "Burghclere, Kingsclere..." plus two other names, I'll edit and add them in after I've looked at it tomorrow! It's a white sign and the exit is naturally very soon after the sign.
Assuming you see this one in time,
At the top of the slip road, turn right (crossing over the A34)
Turn left and continue along the road for a mile or two
As soon as you reach a group of houses on the right, you will see the pub ahead on the left.

If you don't see the sign in time to exit the A34, then leave at the next exit signed Tot Hill Services (it DOES have a green sign at the 1mile point).
Turn right at the roundabout (crossing over the A34)
Take the third exit off the next roundabout
(note the brown info sign for "Carnarvon Pub and Hotel&quotwink.
At the T-junction, turn right
Follow the road as it bends to the right and as it straightens you'll see the pub ahead of you on the right hand side.
Car park entrance is immediately after the pub.

For those with Sat Nav and can't be bothered with directions, the postcode is RG20 9LE. The telephone number is 01635 278222.

starts at 11.30 in the morning!

see you there (i will be in the saleen)

Paul, turned up a little late, with teh but saw your black car next to the white one. Very Nice indeed. Also noticed the baby seat in the rear.
wife and baby (in her Golf)

Very Nice too.smile

I think I know exactly what I want now ......

Black Saleen mustang, but with the standard discrete spoiler that you have fitted, and the square saleen in the bumper square exhausts.
20inch alloys a must looking at the cars.. and im not sure about the stripes... They do look good though.

In a previous post where I was admiring the ASC Dominator BodyKit, having seen the Saleen and yours, I think it is bold enoughy without the massive scoops.. and maybe it is better concentrating on performance and handling rather than looks and a lack of ground clearance. (Still need to see one in the flesh though as I could change my mind).

I do like a convertable, but havin saw the coupes there today, I coupe looks the dogs ..
It was interesting also seeing the blue Saleen parked next to a Porker .. The C4S is another car I am looking at, but the Mustang dwarfs the uber beetle.

Now if I can just sell my TVR for a sensible price, I know what will be replacing it.

Hiya

Glad you turned up, just sorry we didn't realise who you were (or we may have been inside eating!).
Yep, the car seat fits in OK and Charlotte now enjoys daddies noisy car biggrin

Steve's is certainly an awesome beast. There's a few Saleens for sale at present. Check the listings here:

No worries Paul, our little Jessica was not in a good mood so it was a "painful" day for the whole family.
