After sort of volunteering myself I have decided that I will give it a go.

Meet at the Market Square in Higham Ferrers at about 10.00 am for a 10.30 am kick off, we have a beans coffee shop on Market Square so coffees will be available and maybe even bacon rolls.

A quick hour or so tour of east Northants ending at Sywell for around noon.

I'm new to all this so you will have to be patient, but I am sure with the help of my 10 yr old son Josh it'll be a good run.

So who's up for it?

Dave, good on ya for suggesting and then organising this thumbup

I'm up for it but might I suggest for your first time and to get more people there a 10:00 for 10:30 start getting to Sywell for around 12:00 at an hour and a half at a reasonable pace for those without V8s

Naughty Nev may well also be interested

It'll be a good shake-down for my newly fitted suspension bushes before the NEC Sporting Bears Dream Rides

Will the Westie be out regardless of weather or will you be in the estate?

Whatever the weather i will be there - i have had the new tyres put on - toyo A888 not very sensible in the wet so we will have to wait and see what i turn up in.A 10,oclock meet for a 10.30 off would be fine.
Might need to ask your mate with the westie for a hand fitting my new cycle wings!! - having a nightmare.

I'm sure Dave would be glad to help especially if you've joined the Bears as he's very keen on the club and the local branch http://www.freewebs.com/shirebears/
