Does anyone fancy meeting up on Sunday morning to go for a spin? A few people were interested last week but the weather took a turn for the worse frown However this week looks much better smile
Think I am going to give the car a run out, maybe South from Guildford. Any takers?

Fairly flexible. I'm free all morning I think.
Did you conclude on your car thoughts and give in to the GT2 wink

Go on then, i'll bite again. Same route? A31 / A32 / A272 / Midhurst - Guildford - Newlands Corner - Box Hill?

Sounds good. Remind me where the meeting point is again?
Oh, and what time - say 8am?

Hi, I may be interested in joining you. I'm in Woking so where were you thinking of meeting up?

Well, my original plan was thus:

Meet somewhere between Surrey and Winchester, say, the BP garage on the A31 Farnham by-pass, just before the traffic light crossroads, or somewhere like that? 8am might be a little late though? Sunday numpties start coming out to buy papers by then.

Then blat down the A31, nice fast road. Then left, A32 to the Meon crossroads. Left again onto the A272 to Midhurst. Then from there i'm pretty sure it's the A283, but I know the road well, if you know what I mean, it's pretty good fun. Eventually you end up back at the A3 for a few miles, then I thought Guildford, Newlands corner and end up at Box Hill for big breakfasts. I reckon it's about a 90 mile route.

I'll be there. The Pork is up on stilts so it'll have to be the Ult. Free seat if anyone wants a ride.
