Hi,
I saw a picture an alluminium indicator panel on a carbon fibre dash on the Racing Green TVR website, but on making some calls have not been able to find where they come from? They appear to be raised as opposed to the flush mounted standard item and have small LED's. Any ideas

When I had a Griff I tried (but I think failed) to come up with something a little more to my liking than the plastic strip.
.
If I'd kept it I might have persisted but I'm sure there are better solutions than mine.

Stresgs done a great Ali one with the Images cut out, looked great and much better than the smeary black one IMHO.
HE was gonna try and find the template for it, I had tryed contacting the company that did it for him but they didnt/couldnt have it in the files anymore frown

Thanks for the reply's! Very smart pic of your dash david the finish looks high end, its very similar to the one on Racing greens website but less proud to the dash, i also love the air vent upgrade as i run an aluminium dash and feel the original ones ugly and cheap but thats only MO, I'm currently changeing my dash to CF and would like to know if yours was a solid piece of CF or a slim piece glued to a template? Was yours screwed into place?
In answer to the question of whats wrong with the original? Nothing major in my MO it just looks a bit tired and old and i can hardly see the lights through it on a sunny day! plus it will get a little lost maybe in my new CF dash.
Once again thanks to all for the advice and i guess i'll keep looking maybe even try and fab one up myself!!

It was a thin sheet of carbon glued to the original steel dash, held up well for the 12 months prior to selling. The panel mod didn't impove legibility though, the original was definitely better in that respect. Would probably look better with the original 'lost' in the carbon dash though.
