Dreamweaver auto sizing (Total Novice)

Please help!
I am a total novice, but willing to learn! I have just been handed a website to look after, as the previous guy left his business very quickly
I uploaded www.iawa-online.com last night, and its a very WIP at the moment. The trouble I am having is that I have now viewed it on 4 PC's and they have all shown it at a different size, so how do you 'auto-size' it? The banner at the top is a .jpg and fixed width, if it makes any difference.
