Is it just me or was everyone else hedge dodging this weekend too? Never had so much sideways action, WTF are they putting on the roads this year? And that's with the GT2 safely parked up in the garage -- 207 and Doblo diesel!

I've already seen a hedge punched through and another car skidded off the A11 Thetford bypass.

I can't believe how little grip there suddenly is.

I was having this conversation with a couple of the guys at BTaP. I have only ever lost traction a couple of times in my car but this weekend I found the back end was stepping out an awful lot and I managed some rather fine looking four wheel drifts.

Very odd!

It's sort of fun I guess on big roundabouts where there's plenty to get it back together again (as I discovered when I wowed the whole family with a 45 degree drift for seemingly tens of seconds over a roundabout in the Doblo this weekend, lol.

However, it's unusually greasy I reckon.

What's the story?

It's not this molasses related stuff again is it, being incorporated into the winter road treatment materials?

Best wishes all,
Dave.
