Fingers crossed there`s accomodation available given the autosport show is on !

Surprised at the change of venue, in spite of foul wine, very average food and a long walk to breakfast in the morning there were loads of rooms and a nightclub into the small hours !!!

A good night out, ties in with the Autosport show, Steve & Simon in the driving seat at the bar all night - sounds like a plan to me !

Macau followed by Manila was 7 days of no sleep and wwaaaayyyyyyyyy too much Jack. As I explained to Steve on the way home, we have 358 days to recover before it all starts again! beerdrunklickspermheadache

Is it just me or does £95 a head for the dinner sound expensive? Granted I`m tighter than a duck`s arse so possibly I`m not the one to comment but it`s only £25 cheaper than New Year`s Eve at Stoke Park this year.

Possibly we`re all going to find out what foie-gras, truffles, hand harvested scallops, partridge, warm chocolate souffle, mature English chesses all washed down with vintage champagne and a couple of bottles of Montrachet taste like when accompanied by the musical talents of local guitarist Tony Iommi & the lads ! wink

James might even lay on the talents of Birminghams greatest export - some lap dancers. Did you know Birmingham has more lap dancing venues per person than anywhere else in the UK? Well now you do. To quote one review "For £10 they take all their clothes off. For £20 they`ll keep the bag on their head" so a err.. good friend of mine told me.

Will we need to find a method of ensuring portion sizes & drinks measures are consistent & equal? smilesmile

As ever, it`s all the the name of good humour.

Come on Henry, £95 is about right when compared to EERC's "re-fuelling" allowances. wink

And remember, your table is only allowed to take on 50 litres at any one visit to the bar.....

I guess it is expensive, but then so will your round buying the Champions a drink! I will have a bottle of Domain Romanee Conti 1984 and a couple of bottles of Chateau Margaux 1998 and that is just pre dinner!

You tight fisted git, get your hands in you pocket!

You`re speaking gibberish to me mate, it`s Vimto, Tizer or Dandelion & Burdock in our household buddy & you`re welcome to a bottle of either.
