FireFox trouble

Hi all, I'm an iMac user and my browser is Safari. Now Photobucket is a bit harsh on Safari so I tried FireFox and it works really wel . . . But: YouTube doesn't show the vids. I get a QT-logo with a questionmark in.

What can I do to make it work? Install QT via AddOns?

It's the Flash plugin needing updated or installed, as FF does not come with the plugin pre-installed.
