Oldest single-owner TVR?

Was chatting to my father the other day who reckons his 1972 1600M might be the oldest one-owner TVR around, does anyone know if this is true?
It's also reputed to be a unique colour (a glorious gold in the sun, but looks like a metalic turd in the shade!
) and rumoured to be the last car supplied as a kit when the tax man threatened to close them down for supplying rather complete cars as kits!

There is also another chap in his late 80's from Grange over Sands with a 1971 2500 Vixen which he has owned from new and also regularly buys parts from me, usually on his way back from his annual 2 week touring holiday in the car in Wales. Because of my age I can't remember their names off the top of my head but both their first names are Roy I think sTeVeR
